The platform
All three demos share the same lumber plant: the SKU you see in the warehouse is the one with scrap in the production analysis, and the machine losing OEE is the one you walk through in 3D.
Integrated platform
Management board, production schedule, OEE, scrap, downtime and Kanban in a single HTML file that processes the plant’s spreadsheets in the browser.
Logistics & dispatch
A 3D map of sheds and yards, stock allocation by location, Kanban / Never Out coverage and a tablet mode for the floor.
Industrial modelling
A complete sawmill and remanufacturing plant, to scale, explorable in the browser: log yard, sawing, drying, planing, moulding and dispatch.

Built the BI function from scratch: Power BI + ERP, the official KPI and OEE framework, AI-generated reporting (Claude API) and SARIMA forecasts.
Acoustic engineering
Power BI dashboards, Python/SQL integration, 3D engineering models and economic evaluation of proposals.
EPC projects
Financial control of a portfolio above 25,000 UF per year; cash-flow and variance models; 3D models for proposals.
Industrial installation
17 projects from 500 to 10,000 UF at forestry, energy, food and port sites.
